Competitiveness and being coachable are my best attributes. Regardless of whether my team wins or loses, or I pitch well or not, I will work with my coaches to thoroughly review my performance and where I can improve to help my team. Talent is important and can carry you a long way, but preparation, will, determination and heart are what separate the top performers, teams and programs. I am excited to join a program where I can bring that daily drive and determination and grow as a baseball player and a person.
I am very coachable and will do whatever is asked of me to help my team. My desire has been to be the best pitcher and teammate on any team that I've played for. My commitment to my college coach would be to bring a positive attitude, a mental toughness and a physical drive every single day. I love the daily grind.
My drive and competitiveness carry over to the classroom as well, as I have kept a 4.0+ GPA throughout high school. I look to continue that academic success in college. I know that I can bring both academic and athletic abilities to the table in order to help your program.
