Personal Statement
Coach,
My name is Michael Anderson and I play baseball for Union Catholic High School in New Jersey. I’ve been playing baseball since I was seven years old and consider it my favorite sport. New Providence PAL and Upper Deck were the two teams I played for up to my sophomore year of High School until Union Catholic brought in a new coach, Mr. Dial. Coach Dial set my team up to play in summer and fall leagues as he stresses the importance of playing together. So I play for him. I continue my work out regiment year round to gain both strength and flexibility to improve my game. Academically, in college, I plan on pursuing a degree in business management.
