Tanner Dickerman '16 Recruiting Profile

I have set goals before myself to play at the collegiate level in baseball. I believe that I can play at the next level with the right program. I am a team player and a leader on and off of the field. I strive to do my best in everything I do. Every day is a new opportunity to further improve myself as a player. I work as hard as I can in every practice and every play of each game. I am coachable and do as my coaches tell me to. I have a very competitive spirit and that carries over into the classroom as well. I am currently ranked first in my class and I take my grades just as serious as athletics. I am a three sport athlete and am a starter at the varsity level for each sport. I was raised to be honest and hard working. I try to do the right thing in every situation and I know that all actions have consequences. I was raised to never quit and take responsibility for my actions. I am respectful to my coaches and teammates. I take on my role for the team and do whatever I can to help my team succeed. I believe in giving it your all and fighting with all of your might until the very end. I always want to improve on my strengths and strengthen my weaknesses. As a student athlete, I believe it is important to carry yourself with integrity because you are not only representing yourself but your team.
