Personal Statement

Hello I am Raymond Rynearson(you can call me ray or ray-ray). My goal in highschool is to prove and inspire kids in my school that even though we are a small over looked school, you can still become something great. What makes me a great candidate is that I take all my athletics serious. I am a very comepetative athlete, I love sports, It is my outlet. When I was real young I would always look up who's playing and see the stats compared to eachother then watch it and commentate the game. It has always came natural to me and I would love to continue my love and desire for sports at a higher level. What makes me different in character, athletics, and academics is multiple reasons. For example, I was on the mod a team for football, I was moved down to the younger team to help them out with a difficult opponet. The game was really close and with a minute left we scored. All we needed to do was get the two point conversion to win, but we didn't and everyone got mad.  Then we got on defense I realizied kids were holding there heads down, and started to cry.  I pulled up a huddle, and said "boys why are your heads down and they said we are going lose. I said so we lose by two points that's what the scoreboard says, but on the field today we are the true winners we played with the most heart and it got us close to winning. To me that's all that matters we may lose because of what the scoreboard says, but to me we won and we won because we worked our butts off and used our heart to get the game back within a two point conversion, and that all that matters is we did our best we left everything on the field. I rather lose knowing we tried then us just giving up.  In athletics i take everything seriously and use any advice I can get and use to make me a better player because I want to continue to play competitively. Academics I am different because i know if my grades aren't high I won't get into any really good colleges period.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
