As an aspirant collegiate level baseball player, my goals are to play for a competitive team, one that will teach me more than just how to play the game of baseball, along with doing everything possible to better myself as a player and a person to help the team win and also to help develop myself into who I want to become. In the classroom, I strive to work my hardest and pay attention to everything that I can to prepare myself for the life that comes after my baseball career. I believe that any team would like to have someone like myself on the squad, because I work hard, I listen, and I am very teachable. I also like to improve not only myself in any way that I can, but the people around me, including my teammates, to make us work as a whole. I am a compassionate, genuine person who always tries to look for the better side of things and tries to find the bright side to any situation I encounter. I believe that on the diamond, I can help to improve any team with my play, as well as in the classroom where I will be the one that does all the work, plus the extra. I am willing to sacrifice myself, my time, and my luxuries for the sake of the team. All in all, I will do whatever is asked of me along with what is not, to try and become the best person that I can be day in and day out.
