My name is Joseph Cornielle, I am currently a Sophomore at Francis Lewis high school in Queens, NY. I was born May 12, 2001. I’m currently 5,7 and weighs 140 pounds. My primary position is second base and my secondary position is Third Base, I’ve been a very hungry and passionate ball player, and I will play anywhere the coach puts me, in commitment to help the team. Baseball runs in my family, and I’ve played the game since I was 4 years old.
My life revolves around Baseball, Education, and God. I love and share great a respect for the game. In my spare time, I go to the gym to prepare my body to be in the best shape. I also like to spend time with my family and friends, having good times. My parents are very supportive with my Baseball career, but always acknowledge the importance of receiving an education to be successful in life. I work out with my brother who currently plays college Baseball at the University of the Southwest. When It comes to college I would like to major in business, if Baseball doesn’t work out I would like to do something close to the game. My most important accomplishment as a Baseball player was playing varsity baseball as a freshman. When I was younger I played for the CP stars travel team, and had the opportunity to travel around country to play Baseball. This was a good experience for me because it let me see what it is to play competitive Baseball and how it’s like player for kids older than I was.
For the last 2 years I played for The Long Island Tigers a travel team from Long island, NY. I’ve been told from coaches that I am very coachable and always ready to learn. My goal is to succeed not only in baseball but in life, I try live by the motto that Baseballs a kid’s game and It that helps me understand how lucky I am to be playing it.
I would like the opportunity to study and play with a respectable organization.
