I am a leader on and off the field. I am captain of my high school varsity team in my junior year and make sure to do all the little things right for my team and for my pitcher so we can be confident in each other to get the job done each time we step onto the field. I impact my community by leading a weekly march for American and other hostages for which I've received a Proclamation from the City of NY. I was a delegate to the JDRF Children's Congress in Washington, DC and have raised funds for JDRF by participating in three century bike rides. At school, I was selected to serve as President of our sports analytics club. I take academics seriously. While I work as hard as possible on the field, I understand that dedication to my schoolwork is key for my long term success in life.
