Personal Statement
My goal when I get out of high school is to go on to college and remain on the diamond. I currently participate in football, I played basketball freshman year however now I run indoor track, and baseball as a senior in high school. I would much enjoy continuing to play baseball at the next level. I have played baseball since I was about 3 or 4 years old. As of now, I am a member of the Army Reserves and prospect the idea of attending ROTC during my college years in attempts to become an officer. These are my current goals and aspirations for college.
I believe I make a good team member because I don't quit. I do my best to help other team mates as well. I work as hard as possible to improve as a player on and off the field. As a freshman, I would play JV and varsity games in both football and baseball. I feel that the definition of a good team member is an individual who works and plays well as a group and does anything asked of the player for largest purpose of helping the team.
I happen to be different in character from others because I put effort and care into academics just as much as the activities I participate in. I feel confident that there is always effort in receiving the best grades that I can and getting all the work I can on the field or in the cages. I also comprehend that there are a lot of recruit athletes, including me, who would enjoy playing the sports they love in college and for that reason, I am going to do anything I can to accomplish that goal.
