Thank you for taking the time to view my profile. As an aspiring student athlete my goal is playing competitive baseball at a college/university that offers a strong engineering program. I feel that I can be a great asset not only to the team but to the school and the community it is in.
Baseball is and always has been my passion. Being a dedicated and hard-working baseball player, I continue to push myself to grow and get better. Whether it is on the field, in the cage, or in the gym, I am always giving 100% and learning ways to improve. I have played many sports during my high school career in addition to varsity baseball, including varsity soccer and varsity volleyball.
Playing college baseball is a dream of mine and I believe I can make an impact and be successful at the next level. As a taller, athletic kid, I believe I bring great versatility to a team. I have played most of my teenage career at short stop, second base and as a right handed pitcher. However, I have also played and been very successful in the outfield. My bat has been consistently strong throughout my career, I continue to have a high on base percentage and continue to work hard to improve my hitting and base running.
In addition to making an impact on the field, I believe I am an asset for my team due to my character, sportsmanship and leadership. I love being a part of a team and the bond it brings. I enjoy helping bring a team together and keeping the energy level high and positive. I feel that my experiences at Cobleskill-Richmondville and with the Scotia Renegades have prepared me for college, both on the field and in the classroom.
I have kept a full and rigorous academic schedule with AP and Honors courses, and enjoy being involved in numerous clubs and activities. As a student-athlete I enjoy the challenge and focus of playing a sport while academically improving my future. I look forward to be an integral part of a collegiate baseball team and representing the best of what the school has to offer.
