Grant Booker '19 Recruiting Profile

My collegiate goals would be to get a scholarship to a school that fits my needs, and compete day in and day out. Whether it be competing for a starting job, or competing to better my brothers on the team. I have many essential points that make me an stand out candidate. I have outstanding leadership skills, as I am a leader in activities outside of sports, and a captain on the field. I work hard every single day; my work ethic is like no other. I believe if you aren't working to achieve your goal, then someone else is. That's why I strive to become a better baseball player in all my free time. Also, my skills, as I have both natural talent and athleticism, along with more talent I worked hard to achieve. What makes me different from other recruits is my ability to do the right thing when no one is watching, my willingness to be a team player, my overall game as I am a complete utility player (using my abilities in both the physical and mental aspects of the game), and my desire and commitment to good grades. Grades have always been stressed and emphasized in my house, as I want to be a Sports Medicine Physician if I don't play professional ball.
