Personal Statement
My name is Brandon Hettwer and I’m currently in 9th grade and live in Cornelius, North Carolina. These past few years I have been starting to narrow down my positions to Pitcher, and 1st base because of my height. I think baseball is one of the best team games to really interact with one another and work together to get better and improve. I honestly really want to go far in baseball and improve a tremendous amount. What I am currently trying to improve is my arm speed for pitching and 1st base situations. The past year and the upcoming years I have really been trying to workout out 3-5 days a week to get in shape and get stronger for hitting and throwing. What I am looking for in a college is a good engineering education. On the field I know when to be a leader in specific conditions in the game and when to follow. Also I consider myself to be very coachable and know when to listen to peers that have more experience then me in specific places. Hope I see you on the baseball diamond.
