Cullen Davis '20 Recruiting Profile

   After finishing my sophomore campaign, I feel I have grown physically and mentally about the game of baseball.  As a student-athlete I have become even better at juggling on the field and off the field activities. My High School Coach asked a lot of me this season.  I was playing both on JV and Varsity. I'm a two position player at catcher and pitcher. I mostly caught on the JV and pitched a couple of games and then was used as a spot starter on the Varsity with much success.  The opportunity to play on the Varsity allowed me to gain valuable experience and exposure.

   Over the years I have learned that you have to be committed to your passion. You have to out work the next guy. Those values of commitment, sacrifice, teamwork, and leadership have helped mold me into the person I am.  I use these same skills in the classroom to help me excel my education.  These values in the classroom and on the field have made me into a complete student-athlete.  I am fortunate enough to be a part of baseball rich program. I am looking for a college program that will be a great fit for me athletically, as well as, academically. I believe I have the talents to compete at the college level.  With the character and work ethic, I can make an immediate impact on your program.
