I have been playing baseball since I was 5 years old without missing a season. I have played Travel Baseball for Coastal Athletics in Wilmington, N.C. for the past 5 years Fall/Spring seasons. Between Rec, Travel and School ball I have played nearly 80 games per season over the last 2 years.
I am a utility player and will play any position that my Coach and Team needs me to play. I am a Pitcher, 2nd and 3rd Baseman, Middle infielder, and have played Right Field and 1st on occasion. I am a starter on Varsity and play 2nd base and Pitch at Croatan High School in Carteret County.
I play Legion ball for Post 203 Newport during the Summer and started and played every inning as a 13 Year old playing 18U. This was a great experience to play with and against older and more talented players than in previous leagues. Fall of 2014 I played Fall Ball with our High School Team and played 15U Showcase with Coastal Athletics. For the Spring of 2015, I played on both the JV and Varsity team. I played Short Stop and Pitched for both teams. I am playing on the Jr. Legion Ball Team for Post 203 in Newport again this summer and the 15U Showcase team for Coastal Athletics-Rock Solid Ball Team. I attended the NCSU Baseball Camp 2014 and the USC-Gamecock Baseball Clinic for Catchers and Pitchers. For the Fall of 2015, I played Showcase Travel Ball for Rock Solid Coastal Athletics.
I love the Game and want to play every opportunity I get. I have made many lifelong friends already and look forward to making many more. I have played for several really good coaches and have learned much about how to play the Game. I also know that there are learning opportunities every time I take the field and try to learn from each experience.
I am coachable, a Team Player, and always working to improve. I plan to work on every aspect of my game until I am able to play college ball and hope to be a Key Role Player for the success of that team.
