Personal Statement
For as long as I can remember, I have always played baseball. My dad played baseball and showed me the sport at an extremely young age. Growing up around the sport made me fall in love with it. Baseball has molded me into the person I am today. I’ve learned to be determined and to never give up, because hard work pays off. My work ethic, as well as my family, have got me to where I am today. God has had the biggest impact on the way I play the game. I try to be the best Christian I can be, on and off the field.
As I pursue my career in baseball, I want to successfully get a good college education. For I know success isn't just about my athletic ability, it's about my academics as well. Putting the team first and having a good attitude has always been one of my biggest priorities. I know how I carry myself does not just reflect me but also reflects my teammates, coaches, and family.
