Since I have started down the college recruiting path, people keep asking me the same questions, why do I want to play baseball at the next level, what sets me apart, what are my goals? The answer is really pretty simple, I love playing baseball and I want to keep playing at the highest level possible for as long as I can.
My love of the game comes from the different aspects of my personality. First, my faith is a major factor in who I am. My faith hold me accountable for my actions both on and off the field. This allows me to be a positive influence with my teammates when they are down and allows me to see the big picture and games and in life. Secondly, my personality is to lead by attitude and actions. For example, I have played as many as 5 different positions in one game for my high school team and as a lefty that is realistically the max number. I have also started the game pitching, then pulled out because we had a big lead then brought back in later in the same game to get my own save. I am only pointing these examples out to say this, I love playing baseball, doesn't matter what position or what kind of situation.
