Personal Statement
My love for the game of baseball began at the age of 5 when I stepped on the field for my first tball game. Since that day, I have worked to increase my knowledge of the game and my skills on and off the field. Through many seasons of rec ball, travel ball, and high school ball I have experienced the thrill of the win and the heartbreak of defeat. All of my experiences have molded me into a leader and fierce competitor. Throughout my career, coaches have been impressed with my "coachability", commitment to training, and leadership on and off the field. My commitment to the game and my team have earned me the title of Captain of my travel team for the 2021 Spring season. I enjoy mentoring others and have even helped coach my younger brother's team. I would love the opportunity to continue helping others excel and grow on and off the field. I am interested in earning a criminal justice degree. I hope to continue to be a positive influence in the lives of others through a career in law enforcement.
