Brice Murray '19 Recruiting Profile

    From the very first moment I ran onto the field, I knew I would always love this sport more than anything. I have played baseball since I was four years old. Although I have learned a lot from my many years of experience, I know that I have so much more to learn. I believe this growth will only come from playing baseball at the collegiate level.

    I am a very hard worker on and off the field. When I am not busy with school work or practice, I always find a way to keep myself busy. I love to help out in the community by doing community service or assisting with local baseball camps. By assisting with baseball camps, I am able to instill the love of baseball into younger players, as well as improving both their skills and mine. I have maintained a very high GPA throughout my middle and high school careers. I am a firm believer that you should be the very best that you can be in everything that you do. In addition to sports teams, I am also a member of both the leadership team at school and the Nation Honors Society. On the field, I am a team leader and also an encouraging and uplifting teammate. I strive to push others, as well as myself, to give one hundred and ten percent on and off the field. I never stop working to increase my abilities, and I believe that there is always room for improvement.

    My goal is to attend a college or university that will continually push me in the classroom and on the field. I am open to numerous options and would like to find the college that fits me best based off of my academic and athletic goals. I hope to become a great role model to people of all ages and also be someone my family is proud of.
