Zachary Bredek '21 Recruiting Profile

Dear Coaches, I am a 6'5" RHP out of Fairfield Senior High School in Fairfield, Ohio.  I have a lot to be thankful for, my family, my friends, my coaches and my teammates.  Without all of the love and support, I would not be where I am today.  I started playing baseball in 2011 at my local recreational league.  I quickly developed the love for the game and moved into a more competitive league.  I have played travel baseball with 2 teams, the Cincinnati Stars and the Midland Organization.  The Midland Organization is very well recognized locally and nationally for the quality of their training, player development and team success.   High school baseball has also been important in my development.  As a freshman, I was pulled up to JV after the third game and played Varsity my Sophomore year.  Junior year I was selected to be a Varsity player as well but the COVID 19 pandemic canceled our season.  I am lucky that our summer travel season with Midland was not canceled even though many of our high profile tournaments (WWBA in Georgia and the Mickey Mantle Tourney in Connecticut) were canceled or the organization decided not to attend.  The recruiting efforts have been effected for everyone in the 2021 class.  I love baseball, I love pitching and being in control of the game.  I want to pursue baseball in college and I am working hard to work on my pitches, my weight and my velocity to get to the next level.    I hope you will consider me in your program needs.  Sincerely, Zach Bredek
