I have begun my search for a college program where I can continue to develop my skills and strength. My goal academically is to pursue a degree in Sports Management and Education. Professionally I want to coach following graduation, and learning at the collegiate level would be greatly beneficial to that end. I understand that I am very coachable. I listen and am open to new things and ideas, and I am able to take constructive criticism. I respect, and have the respect of, my coaches and my teammates. I choose to deal with conflicts and problems constructively. I always look for ways to improve myself. I am a team player and I believe it is team first that is important, and because there is no I in team, I believe it should be we not me that produces victory or accepts defeat.
