Matthew Krueckeberg '15 Recruiting Profile

I am a committed student athlete looking to expand my baseball career.  When I started playing this game as a kid I fell in love.  Baseball has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember and the game has become a part of me.  The moment I step on the field nothing else seems to matter anymore.  All of my worries about school or life fade away and the only thing that matters is baseball.  I’ve played a lot of sports but none can compare to this game.  You can’t hold the ball and wait for the time on the clock to run out and you can’t sit on a lead.  In baseball, you have to throw the ball across the plate and give the other guy his shot.  This game taught me that nothing good comes unless you work hard every single day whether it’s in the classroom or at your job and I’m not going to stop working anytime soon.
