Personal Statement
Energy, Enthusiasm, Execution, and Effort- these 4 words define my character both on and off the baseball field.
Energy- I approach the game of baseball with strong emotional and physical energy, including proper rest and nutrition.
Enthusiasm- I am passionate about the game of baseball and feel that this is very important to not only motivate myself, but my team mates around me.
Execution- my definition of execution as it relates to baseball is throwing strikes and making outs.
Effort- simply wanting to be a good player is not good enough. The game takes a lot of preparation and hard work both on and off the field.
I am confident that I can compete on the collegiate level as demonstrated throughout my sports career. Hard work and determination has helped me become a confident athlete. My overall goal is to combine a strong athletic career while excelling scholastically.
