Personal Statement
My name is Nick Fee. I currently weigh 165 lbs. and I am currently 6`. I am a right handed pitcher and have a variety of pitches. I can throw 3 different curve-balls, a split-finger change-up, a two seam and a four seam fastball. I have been recently clocked at 85 m.p.h. at top speed, and I throw an average of 83-85 m.p.h. I can also play any position on the field, but typically I play short stop and center field. I have started varsity baseball my entire highschool career and have been an active member on my team. I have acheived second team BBC sophmore and junior year, and honorable mention BBC my freshman year. I am currently the team captain as a senior, and I believe that the best way a team can perform is if they come together and play as team and brothers. All my life I have lived by the modo of eating, sleeping and breathing baseball. All my life I have dreamed of playing college baseball and I love the game more than anything in life. I would prefer to go to school at the University of Toledo, in Toledo, Ohio, because they not only offer baseball, but they also have the law program I would like to go into. However, they just recently informed me that their roster is full so I am open to anywhere I can get an education and play baseball. I am open to any type of college that is available, as long as I get to play baseball, that is my main concern. My family is in need of financial aid in order for me to attend college. My desired major is law, I would like to become a lawyer someday. My athletic goals are to play college baseball as a freshman and to become a better ball player. I want to perform on the field because it is what I love doing.
