My name is Joshua Loper. I am a Christian, an athlete, and a good student (3.45 GPA). Besides baseball I enjoy hunting, fishing, making custom knives, and welding things. I'm current looking at becoming a forensic specialist after I graduate college. I'm signed up for OTAP and I'm 1/4 Choctaw so I know I will get help to go to school but I would love the chance to play college baseball. I've played a lot of school and select baseball. I have a great work ethic and have been blessed to play on top teams at many levels from USSSA baseball to High School baseball. My high school team, the Calera Bulldogs, are ranked 4th in the state this year and we made school history in 2014 by qualifying to the State Championship Tournament for the first time. I was also extremely proud to receive the "Most Versatile Player Award" at our 2014 spring sports banquet. The Calera Bulldogs won the District Championship Tournament for Fall 2014 and I'm really looking forward to the Spring 2015 baseball season!
