Ryan Allard '25 Recruiting Profile

As a two-sport athlete in Ottawa Canada (baseball and hockey) I’ve been fortunate to be surrounded by great coaches and mentors throughout my sporting journey. The last 4 years with the Ottawa Nepean Canadians Baseball Club have been especially important for my development both as an athlete and as a person. I’ve established myself as a leader and quality teammate having shown that I can thrive playing against top US travel teams.

Whether with sports or my academics I pride myself in working hard and taking care of my responsibilities, always holding myself accountable for my own results and improvements. This has translated to both individual and team success culminating in being selected to participate in the Mississauga Tigers High Performance Program US Fall College Tour in both 2022 and 2023. In 2022 and still 15 I pitched against D1 (Wright State, Tarleton) and Junior College/NAIA programs (Oklahoma Wesleyan, Paris JC). My pitching stats for the 2022 Fall tour: 10IP, 8H, 4BB, 14Ks and 8ER. In 2023 at 16 I pitched against D1 (Akron, Southern Illinois at Egansville) and top ranked JUCOs (Allen, Northeast Texas, New Mexico).  My pitching stats for the Fall tour: 13.1 Innings, 12Ks, 6 ER. 

I am now more motivated than ever to continue my baseball and academic journey and be a student athlete in the US and have committed to Allen CC in Kansas for 2025. I will follow this same work ethic at Allen focusing on my next goal of transitioning to a quality 4 year athletic and academic program in 2027.
