Personal Statement
My name is Jacob Memmott and I live and breath sports. Currently I play baseball and football and dream of continuing on with sports into the higher levels, and believe hard work and dedication can help me reach my goals. I am a great leader physically and mentally on and off the field. I am currently a junior at Crater High school in Central Point, Oregon and have achieved greatly in my school classes. I currently have a 4.04 GPA after taking AP courses and accelerated honors classes such as AP Geography and AP psychology. I had an 11-0 pitching record as a sophomore with a 1.08 ERA and was blessed to have great teammates on my side to pull away with the 2018 5A State Championship. I was 2nd team all league pitcher and also got 1st team all league kicker for football. I plan to take more high level courses to ready me for college and continue to work hard and diligently on my athletic abilities to be ready when called upon to show my skills at the next level.
