Personal Statement
One of my finest accomplishment’s was beating a ranked team at a Perfect Game tournament this past October. It was a total team effort. I would have completed the game if not for a pitch count rule. I was one out away. We broke their 36 game winning streak. This win helped me grow as a teammate, and as a person.
I have had the great opportunity to pitch, and play for some really good teams. I was either their one or two as a pitcher, and a starter in the field. Hitting both ways has given me a advantage, especially against some good left handed pitching. I play to win and have fun doing it. I am looking for a good fit to grow as person, and as a teammate in college. I bring energy and commitment to the team.
I try to be a good student and a good teammate. It sounds corning, but it is true. My dad always said, if you want to change my mood, give me a ball to play with.
I also believe that grades are just as important as my baseball talents.
