As far back as I can remember, I have loved to compete, and I have always been motivated and driven to be the best player on the field. To this end, I will not be outworked -on the practice field, in the cage, or in the weight room. I am coachable and self-analyzing, and you will not find a more loyal or respectful player-teammate. I am committed to preparing with a purpose, and I expect to be successful. I am ready to work; ready to compete, and prepared to contribute.
I’m looking forward to the challenges of being a student-athlete in college and preparing myself for the rest of my life, and I’m excited about the growth potential that the right baseball program can present. While I’ve experienced some success on the field, I’m confident that my best days are in front of me.
My immediate academic goals include improving my GPA and my SAT and ACT scores as well as strengthening my study skills so I can be a successful student-athlete in college. I have not determined what career path interests me the most, but I am actively participating in job shadowing and career research.
