Hi, my names Blaine Sams I am a junior at Cornell High School. One thing that I think makes me a good candidate for your team is I am a very energetic team player. I am constantly helping my team if they are struggling with anything. I am also a lot different than most college recruits in many different ways. My character on the field is very different than anyone else's, I am always trying to help my teammates with anything they need and also trying to improve something they are struggling with in any aspect of the game. In an athletic prospective I am very fast, strong, and quick. I play any position on the field but I have a strong background with outfield and shortstop. One thing that I am very good at is getting good jumps on fly balls and taking command in the infield. I also am very accurate with my throws and I also have a very strong arm. Academic wise I am a B average student and I am constantly working extra to better my grades and always am trying to get good relationships with my teachers. My goals for the college level is to win every game with my team giving everything that I have. My aspirations are to become a college baseball coach or higher someday.
