Personal Statement
Hello, my name Daniel Mireles. My goals and aspirations are pursuing my education and playing baseball at the collegiate level. I am well disciplined with a tremendous work ethic. Also, I am always looking for new ways to increase my skills, in the classroom as well as on the baseball field. My primary position is Catcher. I am a player who understands how the game is played and understand how to control the game in any situation. I am an open-minded player who is willing to learn to increase my skills in any way, offensively and defensively. I am a big-bodied catcher with an exceptionally strong arm. My arm strength is above average. I have developed a rapport with my pitching staff as well as doing a commendable job keeping them in the game. I know how to read the strike zone and be constant at getting on base.
