My name is Owen Yoder. I am a 5'10'' 170 lb Middle Infielder out of West Grove, Pennsylvania. I attend Avon Grove High School and am maintaining a 3.7 GPA. I plan to remain an Honor roll student and excel through high school in great classes. I am looking to major in Sports Medicine at a great school that fits me best. I am a very hard-working and determined individual as I have overcome many difficulties in my life so far still standing strong and determined to get better on and off the field every day. I have grown up playing baseball for 8 years now and it all started around me watching my Dad play. He played in some low leagues and also played softball, but was a Lawyer in Delaware so never decided to continue the path. He passed away May 5, 2011, in a car accident. There are no such things as setbacks in life as they should be seen as challenges to overcome for the better. I use that as motivation every day to get better. I now live around My Mom who is the most hard-working individual I know who helps and does literally anything she can for me and my two sisters to excel. I have a twin sister Ava, who is 15, and an Older sister Alexa, who is 19. I will continue to work as hard as I can throughout High School and stay determined while looking for a college that fits me best. I am a unique player on and off the field because no matter if you might be a little bit better than me, I will always outwork you with effort and give it my all because I love the game. I would be a good fit for the team because I am just like the other names on the roster when it comes to the effort given and love for the game. I am always willing to do what it takes to be successful and win, and not everyone can promise that but I promise you I can.
