Personal Statement
Ever since I was 4 years old I have been playing baseball. It has been my passion. Throughout my years of playing baseball I have developed many characteristics and traits that would make me a good fit for your team.
I began playing travel ball at the age of 13, and since I was a freshman I have played and started nearly all games on varsity. Every time I step foot onto a baseball field, or into a classroom, I am focused and determined to get better or accomplish something I have not done before. Since I began to attend high school I have been able to maintain a good 4.0+ GPA and still make time and succeed on the field.
I am completely open to all collegiate divisions and have no problem with the school if it is big or small. I would prefer to stay in the east, but I am still available to locations beyond my preference.
I have many characteristics and traits that will make me a good fit for your school and team. I am currently a Co-Captain for my high school team because I have good leadership skills. I bond very well with my coaches and teammates. Ever since I was little my game awareness has been great, and I have good mental toughness. Whether I am on the mound, in the field, or at bat, I do not let an error or strikeout affect my effort in the game. I am extremely humble and respectful to my coaches and teammates.
My goals in college are to play baseball all 4 years and hopefully start my freshman year. My goal to complete all four years, acquire my degree, and begin striving to find my full-time job as a trainer or Physical therapist. If the opportunity arises to play after college I would definitely take advantage of it.
