Personal Statement
Baseball is my passion. I have always dreamed of playing college baseball.
My philosophy is that you have to out work the other guy. The grind is as important as the finish line. I was taught that academics are as important as athletics. I work as hard in school as I do on the field.
My Christian faith when combined with my efforts on the field and in the classroom has helped me be a well rounded and a grounded individual.
I am a leader on the field by my actions. Respect from my fellow teammates is earned in the fire. I work hard to earn my coaches and fellow teammates respect each and everyday.
The catcher is the quarterback. I work very hard on my baseball IQ to be prepared for each situation. I work with my pitchers to make them as successful as possible. I work very hard making them and ultimately my team better by my play, hustle, and intelligence behind the plate.
