Personal Statement

Throughout my experience as an athlete, baseball has gave me the experience to learn many different things. I understand that just as in baseball, life can go through a slump. However, just as in baseball, some days will be good and some days will be poor. Slumps do not last forever, and you always have to work two times harder to bring yourself out of them. In college, I hope to play at the collegiate-level that can help improve my game as well as getting the right academic attention. I have always been taught that academics come first, then come athletics. This has help me realize to work just as hard in the class room as I work on and off the field. My dream is to play college baseball, and hopefully it will become a reality in the future.
