Personal Statement
As a freshman, winning the state title has been the highlight of my career so far. It taught me that hard work pays off one day. I have been faced with a genetic disease called epilepsy. I have medicine that I have to manage each day, and I have learned to manage what my body tells me. Which has prevented me from having any seizures during my sporting events. I developed this when I was 11 years old. I have made up my mind that despite having this disorder, it will not keep me from my lifelong goal of playing baseball professionally. One thing that makes me unique is I am very big on teamwork, I really do believe teamwork makes the dream work.
