My name is David De La Cruz Jr. I am a Varsity High School Catcher who demonstrates leadership on and off the field. I develop strong relationships with my teammates and develop especially strong working relationships with the pitchers on my team. I have always been considered to be the little guy on the field with the biggest heart.
What I can offer to my team is a player with the drive to be the best I can possibly be. I am a very hard working player, working hard at practice, and giving it all on the field. I have always dreamed of playing college baseball, to become a great role model to all my peers and to make my parents proud.
I want to play as a freshman in college, but I also want to play at the highest level of competition. I am devoted to continuous improvement and trying to get where I want to be. My goal is to make an impact on any team I am selected on no matter where or who that team should be.
