Personal Statement
A good overview to describe myself can be done with three keywords... Bible, Baseball, and Bowhunting. I am blessed to live in a Christian household and have been blessed with parents who have poured into me spiritually my whole life. Now, at 16 years old I have made my faith in Jesus Christ my own decision. The second word, baseball, describes me well for many reasons. I am a competitor who values teamwork, the brotherhood of the team, and hard work when no one is watching. One of my favorite Bible verses, Colossians 3:23 states that whatever we do, we should work at it with all our heart. I stand by this verse and apply it not only in life but in baseball too. The last word to describe me is bowhunting. I am an avid outdoorsman just as much as I am a baseball player. I love to fish and hunt but my favorite way other than baseball to spend free time is bowhunting. My favorite thing about bowhunting is it takes strength, skill, strategy, and coordination. My friends describe me as loyal, light-hearted, positive, and always having a good time!
