Hi, my name is Dylan Savino. I attend Westlake High School (Class of 2019) in Austin, Texas. Westlake is known as a highly academic school, so I feel confident that I will be properly prepared to take the next step with college.
Baseball is a way of life for me. I’ve been playing since I was 4 yrs old, and I can’t imagine not playing. I have learned so many things through the game, some of which are life skills that I use on and off of the field.
I am looking forward to playing college baseball while earning a degree. I’m a hard worker with a strong work ethic, who knows that you get what you put into it. People are drawn to me for my arm, but I also happen to be a strong hitter and fielder. I'm a coachable athlete who's always willing to learn more to improve my ability on the field. Leadership is something I really take pride in. If I'm not leading vocally, I always make sure to lead by example.

- I have a yoga instructor teach me privately on a weekly basis. The yoga not only strengthens my core, it also helps my body stay as flexible as possible. I find this extremely useful while I'm growing, because some growth spurts can cause my muscles to become very tight. Yoga helps me avoid injuries while I'm growing.
