Grant Roosma '19 Recruiting Profile

I have loved the game of baseball since the first time I stepped onto a field and this love for the game has pushed me to always make myself better and to be a true student of the game. I'm the first one on the field and the last to leave; always looking to learn more and to get better. I am very competitive by nature, I can and I will play anywhere I am needed to help the team win; but when the game is on the line I want to be the guy at the plate or to have the ball to be in my hands. I lead by example not by my mouth; words are easy but putting in the work is not and often its the work that speaks volumes. Off the field I am quiet, a bit of a home body and I have always been a good student. In short, I love baseball and look forward to helping the team I am on win. I have lofty goals for myself and I will work as hard as I can to achieve them.
