Personal Statement
My dream is to play at the D1 level and someday make it to the MLB, but I am willing to take the JUCO path to reach those goals. I developed three individual and team goals for this year at the request of my high school baseball coach. My team goals are: Good communication, brotherhood, and celebrate success. My individual goals are accountability, flexibility, and focusing on the bigger picture.
I am a good candidate for any team, because I am completely accountable, possess a hard work ethic, and am adaptable to many kinds of situations. In addition, I have great character and I am always trying to find ways to help the team. Also, I always maintain a high effort level in everything I do both on and off the field. Furthermore, I listen intently to what all of my coaches say and translate it to my game. Finally, my mantra is "Academics before athletics," which motivates me to keep my grades at a high level, so that I am successful after my baseball career ends.
