Baseball has helped mold me into the person I am today in many ways. Playing college baseball has been a dream of mine for many years. The game has helped me learn from my failures and has taught me to be humble and respectful. Baseball has taught me how to be a leader and to always be supportive of my teammates, especially throughout my high school years. Although, statistically, my sophomore season was better than my junior season, I feel I grew more as a leader and teammate my junior season, contributing to our district-winning season and better preparing myself to possibly compete at the next level.
I am confident that being a part of a great high school program has prepared me for college baseball. I have truly learned the value of leadership, sacrifice, and commitment throughout my baseball career. I am looking to be part of a program that will fit both my athletic and academic abilities. I believe that I have the talent and ability to compete for a college team as well as the work-ethic and character to make an immediate impact on your program. As a three-sport athlete and three-sport captain, I am confident in my capability of being a leader on your team!
