Trenton Giles '25 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to contribute to a collegiate baseball program.  My favorite word is tenacity, and this is a good example of the type of player I am.  I work hard, take feedback, and improve my game.  Sometimes I'm not crazy about the feedback received, then when I work hard and implement, I see the progress.  In middle school and high school thus far, I have had to work to overcome obstacles, maybe a mild injury or having to earn my spot.  I love this sport.

I'm a dedicated, loyal athlete.  I've had the good luck to play for the same club team since I was 11 years old.  My coach has stayed dedicated to helping me improve the strength of my game.  There were times there was a lot to improve.  My coach's honest feedback, hard truths, and belief that I can succeed helps to keep me going.

I'm grateful to attend Jesuit College Preparatory of Dallas.  My school is an all-boys school, and it has taught me the importance of brotherhood and building each other up.  I'm a member of the National Honor Society and have been on honor roll each semester so far.  Each year we have a focus on our choice service organization.  The past two years I have worked with special needs as my give back to the community.  

I look forward to furthering my education at the college level and competing in baseball at the same time.
