September 2015Personal Statement
I am Bo McEntire (#12), a 2018 catcher from Hughes Springs, TX. My strongest quality is teamwork and speed behind the plate, in the field, and running the bases! This past season (2016-2017 school year) I received the AD Offensive MVP award in both Football and Baseball.
I was named in the top 10 batting averages for all East Texas schools by the Longview News Journal as a junior and Sophomore. And I have been awarded 2nd team All-District Catcher my Freshman and Sophomore years.
My goal is to attend college and pursue a criminal justice degree. I enjoy playing ball, hunting, fishing and lifting weights. I'm looking forward to the high season and hope to go far in the post season as a senior.
