JC Jones 2022 Bas...Personal Statement
I'm a Junior at Mountain Crest High School in Hyrum, UT for the school year 2022/23. I will graduate from High School in 2024; I am doing everything I can to graduate at the top of my class with a 4.0 gpa. My dream has always been to play baseball at the highest levels possible and to be a dominant player at any position defensively (1st base focus) and as a hitter. I would love to be a collegiate baseball athlete for a D1 Power 5 school (of course); however, gaining an education from a reputable institution while playing baseball is more important than the just the institution. I am a leader on and off the field, helping team mates, friends and others stay positive and motivated to do their best. I hold myself to a standard of being a good example and a friend to all those I interact with or who may be watching.
