Personal Statement

My name is Jacob Stuart, I am 16 years old,  5'10 and weigh 185 pounds. I will be junior at Galax High school and graduate in 2018. My two primary positions are short stop and RHP.  I'm currently playing with the Dirtbags 16U All Blacks organization out of North Carolina.  I maintain good grades in school and have excellent attendance so I can get into a college that has a competitive baseball program.  I would love to continue playing baseball throughout my life. Baseball is a sport that I would work as hard as I could everyday.  Pitching is probably my best skill in the game. I was recently clocked at 84 mph at Perfect Game at Lakepoint. I hope to have a successful future in baseball as a pitcher. I've always pitched and love having the ball in my hand.   I'm working hard to have a very successful high school career to prepare myself for college.
