Personal Statement

Baseball has been a major part of my life. Whether it's playing or watching the game, I love being a part of it. Someday I would like to coach my own team and playing college baseball is a great way to earn credibility. Another reason for wanting to play at the collegiate level is my desire to play the game as long as I can. For the past seven years, I have played competitive baseball and anticipated the start of each season. I learn from watching any game including other travel teams or professionals. I have played multiple sports but have never missed a season of baseball and take any chance I get to go to a field to watch or play. 

I am a responsible student that is involved in multiple student organizations such as the National Technical Honors  Society. I am also a leader, as I am a DECA officer and a captain on both the cross country and winter track teams.
