I love the game of baseball. Ever since I was young I have always been drawn toward the baseball field. I love everything about this game... From the strategy that is required to achieve success to the mental and physical aspect of the game. My desire is to play baseball competitively at the highest level possible. I understand that the "dream" of playing baseball at the highest of levels IS the hard work required to succeed at this very difficult game. I am by nature a hard worker and thoroughly enjoy paying attention to details that other, less cerebral players overlook in order to gain an advantage over my competitor. I work diligently to maintain a high GPA and to maintain a stable and reliable job (for over a year now) while pursuing my dream of playing baseball. While I don't necessarily consider myself a leader I love helping others improve their process and have been designated as Captain on my sports teams and have been requested to take the position in Manager at my workplace at the age of 17. I love to be the general of my infield and consider every pitch an opportunity to excel. I further understand that this may be the most team dependent sport in existence and I continually look for ways to improve my team and my teammates without being forceful. I am committed to the team and will do whatever the team needs from me every time I can.
