Ezequiel Pestana '20 Recruiting Profile

I come from a humble beginning with immigrant parents so all I’ve ever known was  hard work in everything  we do. They came here with nothing and gave my sister and I everything. I will work relentlessly, and compete with a chip on my shoulder because I‘m not the biggest and fastest however I’m a hard worker and nothing has ever been handed to me.  All I need is an opportunity to prove I can play at a high level and my work will do the rest. I’ve been blessed to have positive male role models in my life that have taught me how to be a leader and most importantly a good man. The last 2 years of high school I have had the opportunity to be voted my teammates as a team captain in both Football and Baseball. My biggest goal is to be able to make my parents proud and show them their efforts were not in vein.
