Hello, I’m Brandon Peace. I am currently a Senior at Nicolet High School in Glendale, WI. I am a well-rounded student with high academic goals and proud to say I have made the honor roll every semester. I am also a National Honor Society member. My education goals are to graduate high school with a high GPA and to attend a university where I can play baseball and work toward my medical degree. I enjoy listening to music and playing in my high school symphonic band. I love to travel and experience meeting new people while visiting major cities, small towns and even islands. I have lived my dream of playing baseball since I was five years old. My father used to work for the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club, which allowed me and my family to see a lot of games, and the unique opportunity to experience Major League Baseball up close and personal. I am honored to have received guidance and professional advice from both current and former MLB players.
When I was seven, I joined the Glendale Little League where I was quickly recognized as a team leader, and I continued that role throughout my baseball experience, including my current team today. I have always encouraged and energized my teammates. I am proud to be a supportive leader off the field as well. My friends often describe me as a good problem solver. My approach to resolving conflicts is to view both sides of a situation and think of every possible solution for an outcome that will benefit everyone involved. I am also very accepting of my fellow peers. Growing up as a biracial young man, my multicultural family experience has taught me to be accepting of different races, religions and ethnicities. This has carried over into in my baseball experience as well.
I’m always a positive force in the dugout, helping to motivate my fellow teammates, being supportive and ready to bring them up, when they are down. On the field, I always try my hardest and put my best foot forward, working with my teammates and help as much as I can, so that we can leave each game with a win. I’m a very passionate baseball player which makes me proud to be playing for my high school team the Nicolet Knights. I consistently work on improving my baseball skills throughout the off-season, which includes velocity training and private pitching instruction. As a student athlete I’m always striving for success. I believe I could be a great addition to a college baseball team. I’m capable of working well with my teammates and supporting my peers both on and off the field.
Thank you for your time and attention, I look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,
Brandon Peace
