My dad made this account for me when I was in 8th grade. I had played baseball entire life and I was really good at it. Like D1 good. When I got to high school I started at Second Base and played on the Jv1 team. Which is good at Jefferson because all freshman mostly play Jv2. But my season was cut short because of grades. My second season (sophomore year) I started on Jv1 and played most of the season until I tore my knee sliding into home plate. I had a knee repair surgery and I lost basically all the muscle in my leg. After months of physical therapy and non stop lifting I got back to about 90% of what I used to be. This spring I wanted to play football so I decided on running track to keep myself from getting injured. Half way through the season I re-tore my knee in an even worse way. I had another surgery about 5 days before writing this. And I’m not really medically allowed to play sports. But I have high hopes. I plan on lifting like crazy to get ready for my senior year of baseball. I’m skipping football and wrestling sadly to prevent myself from injury. I still believe I have what it takes to compete at the next level. Nothing is going to slow me down or distract me from accomplishing my goals. I have matured a lot from my freshman year and know that I must take my Academics more seriously. I’m willing to dedicate myself to being the best athlete I can possibly be and the best student I can possibly be. If anyone actually reads this and is interested in me attending there college/university for academic or athletic reasons. Please feel free to mail me with information on your college/university. I’ve had this account for many years and have received many emails from colleges who I’m willing to bet haven’t even looked at my profile and only send things because I have an account. If you wish to reach me please physically mail something to me. Thank you for taking to time to look over my profile. I’m looking forward to my transition to the next level.
Sincerely,
Jeffrey Heist
