Personal Statement
Hello my name is Cade Kimball, this past year I was a freshman at Newman Catholic High School. I am a three sport athlete and a honors student. I played Junior Varsity for football this season. I was the starting quarterback and led my team to a 3-4 record. I played Junior Varsity basketball then in the winter. This season for baseball I started varsity on our team. Then in the playoffs we won our regional game 4-2, which was the school's first playoff win in 5 years. Then we lost in the sectional round 10-5. In those two games I led the team with a .500 average. I play third base, second base, and I can pitch. I was awarded All Conference Honorable Mention.
I want to play college baseball more than anything. I am looking for a school that can provide me with a good baseball program and good academics as well. I am thinking of studying Business in college, but that might change due to the fact that I am only a freshman. I am open to talking with various coaches and staff. What coaches are getting from me is a kid that just loves the game of baseball and wants to take it as far as I can. I will work as hard as I need to, to better myself in each aspect of the game.
